Yes — in addition to providing therapy in Florida, I also offer clinical services to clients who live in PSYPACT-participating states. PSYPACT allows licensed psychologists to practice telehealth across approved states, giving more people access to trauma-informed care without geographical barriers.
If you reside in a PSYPACT state, you may be eligible to work with me for trauma-focused therapy through Reflection Psychology.
However, if you live outside of Florida or PSYPACT states, you can still access support through The Relational Trauma Therapist™, including:
educational resources

Therapy
-
You may have experienced narcissistic abuse if you relate to:
chronic confusion in the relationship
walking on eggshells
feeling “not enough” no matter what you did
extreme highs and painful lows
love-bombing followed by devaluation
gaslighting or rewritten memories
trauma bonding or difficulty leaving
identity loss
emotional exhaustion
Narcissistic abuse is not just relational, it rewires your nervous system. Healing requires understanding the psychological, emotional, and somatic impact.
-
People don’t stay because they’re weak, they stay because trauma bonded them to the cycle:
intermittent reinforcement
attachment wounds
fear of abandonment
identity erosion
survival-based fawning
nervous system dysregulation
Your nervous system wasn’t attached to the person — it was attached to the pattern. Once you understand the pattern, you can break it.
Narcissistic Abuse
-
Nervous system dysregulation often looks like:
shutdown
freeze
emotional numbness
overwhelm
panic
irritability
chronic burnout
feeling “too much” or “not enough”
These reactions come from survival responses, not failure.
Your body is wired to protect you. Healing teaches it how to feel safe again.
-
Somatic tools help you gently reconnect with your body and include:
grounding exercises
orienting
breathwork (trauma-safe versions)
micro-movements
self-holding practices
sensory regulation
vagus nerve support
awareness tracking
These tools are woven throughout RTT content and The Healing Path™ Membership.

freeze, shutdown, or fawning
chronic burnout
childhood trauma
identity loss
nervous system overwhelm
body shame or visibility wounds
-
No — the membership is not therapy.
